Job description

The Executive, Corporate Support provides administrative support across the organisation, including Board Secretariat, HR/finance administration, and general office operations, ensuring effective governance and smooth day-to-day corporate office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the organisation, managing enquiries, visitors, and the general mailbox
  • Provide day-to-day office operations and logistical support for meetings, events, and staff activities
  • Support HR and finance administration, including claims documentation, learning and development coordination, and insurance renewals
  • Provide end-to-end Board Secretariat support, including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, records management, and AGM support
  • Maintain governance records and support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in Board or senior administrative support, including minute-taking and records management
  • Familiarity with governance and statutory requirements for charities or social service organisations in Singapore
  • Strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
