MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant & Operations Specialist to provide exceptional administrative, operational, and communications support across the APAC region. - Responsible for providing administrative, operational and communications support to the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted partner to the APAC Ethics & Compliance Officer, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high‑level meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
- Prepare executive‑level documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
- Oversee office operations and regional administrative processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Act as a communications liaison, supporting internal messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze complex information requests, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt processes to deliver results efficiently.
- Experience: 8–10+ years in executive support, operations, or a similar senior administrative role.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Tech‑savvy: Proficiency in modern office tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with strong judgment and discretion.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in business administration or Compliance preferred.
