Job description

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

• Handle RFQ/Pricing/Ad-hoc spot quote for odd-size, dangerous goods, special handling cargo on the day to day task
• Design & develop proposal, quotation or as per IPT, CPT pricing template using the Air Freight tools, current contract or benchmark rates etc. before compiling rates.
• Liaise and coordinate with airlines, operations (e.g. Operations Procedure), Air Freight product (e.g. Routing, transit time and flight frequency), warehouse & transport (e.g. delivery/rick-up and transportation on special trucking requirement and heavy lift equipment)
• Ensure quality and provide accuracy information on all RFQs, FRPs, RFIs, rate reviewing and submit to GACC/ RACC/ GBT or customer within prescribed timeline.
• Support the account holders in gathering information on the customers/sectors
• Ensure that the customer's business and quality requirements are within the process capability of the organization, and that the resources necessary for the implementing them are available and cost effective.
• Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate.
