We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Events Sales Support professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This position plays a key role in managing Accounts Receivable processes while providing essential operational assistance for event planning and execution. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate financial tracking, timely invoicing, and smooth coordination of event-related activities.

The Role
  • Monitor client payment statuses and keep accurate records of outstanding receivables.
  • Generate, verify, and issue invoices promptly to ensure smooth billing cycles.
  • Conduct follow‑ups with clients regarding overdue payments and maintain clear communication trails.
  • Reconcile incoming payments and update financial data within internal systems.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements and provide administrative support for ongoing events.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing documentation, handling data inputs, and producing required reports.
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration by liaising with internal teams and external vendors to meet event timelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation for all event‑related financial and operational activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of event operations.
  • Provide general support to the Events team to ensure successful delivery of programs and client engagements.
Requirements
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance support is an advantage.
