Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
- Develop event concepts, plans, and timelines aligned with company goals.
- Define event objectives, target audience, and key success metrics.
- Conduct research on themes, venues, vendors, and current event trends.
Project Management
- Create detailed event project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and sales.
- Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, AV setup, décor, transportation, and guest registration.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Review and manage contracts, invoices, and procurement activities.
Execution & On-site Management
- Oversee event setup, rehearsal, and breakdown.
- Lead onsite operations, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Marketing & Communications
- Work with marketing team to create event promotional materials, campaigns, and content.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, invitations, and communications.
- Coordinate social media and PR activities related to events.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Collect feedback from attendees, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.
- Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Other Information
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or management (or equivalent).
- 5.5 workday a week
- able to work on weekends, shift and public holidays.
- Advanced English, Accounts and computer skills needed.
