A human resources consultancy is seeking an Events Executive for a 7-month contract to support the Singapore Garden Festival 2026. The role includes event coordination, volunteer management, and logistical support for ceremonies and VIP visits. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a minimum diploma in any discipline, and a passion for events. This position offers a dynamic work environment across iconic locations like the Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay.

Work Hours:Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Provide support for the production of the new coffee table book (e.g. organising the photo library and coordinating with the publisher and writer).
Support volunteer management activities, including coordination of T‑shirts, access passes, lanyards, and the Volunteers’ Lounge.
Provide support for ceremonies, including catering and related logistics.
Assist with the coordination of VIP visits.
Support the organisation of and participation in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the event in July 2026.
Undertake other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Strong events coordination skills and past event experience is preferred.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
Enjoys working in a team and being involved in event activities.
