Qualifications

• 2-5 years of B2C/B2B sales experience, including 1-2 years managing or coaching a team.
• Success in hitting revenue or volume targets in high-ticket retail.
• Strong command of CRM systems and proficiency in Excel/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of ~8–12 Sales Consultants.
• Own monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and drive omnichannel lead-gen campaigns.
• Set targets for individuals and analyze CRM and BI data.
• Champion a premium customer journey and manage appointments.
