The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in financial IT project management, strong functional expertise in Equity Derivatives OTC products, and a proven ability to bridge business and IT requirements. This role offers a full-time position within a dynamic team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial IT project management or business analysis.
• Strong functional expertise in Equity Derivatives OTC.
• In-depth understanding of Front-to-Accounting or Front-to-Back IT flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT projects end-to-end within the Equity Derivatives space.
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams ensuring alignment of requirements and technical implementation.
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Map and document front-to-back processes from trade capture to accounting.
• Communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive workshops and whiteboard sessions to explain system architecture and data flows.
