ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPER

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint to support our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services while focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of AML KYC system.
• Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.
• Coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager to plan technical deliverables and schedules, perform environment setup, and involve in solution design and development to meet project requirements.
• Escalate issues impacting project schedule promptly and propose workarounds/resolutions.
• Create technical documents for solutions, compiling timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.
• Implement project change requests in accordance with deployment schedules.
• Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results.
• Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.
• Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization.

Must Have

• More than 5 years of IT, development, and infrastructure/environment setup experience, preferably familiar with SDM process.
• At least 5 years of experience/knowledge in Red Hat Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, Java, Jboss/Weblogic/Tomcat.
• At least 4 years of experience in Cloudera Hadoop/Hive/HBase, System Interfaces (SFTP, FTP, API, Rest, SOAP), environment setup, BitBucket/Git.
• At least 4 years of experience coordinating with cross-technical teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, MariaDB/Oracle, Jenkins/DevOps CI-CD, Control-M.
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle large data volumes.
• Experience working with infrastructure setup.
• Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
