2. Handle medications and assist doctors.
3. Manage rostering and documentation.
4. Attend to patients' needs, e.g., bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.
5. Assist in recreational and social programs.
6. Provide general supervision of patients.
7. Book-keeping and liaising with family members on payments.
8. Assist in administrative work, including updating MOH online system for new residents.
9. Shift work, including night duties.
