Enhance BC Finance System Assistant Finance Manager, Healthcare UP 6K #HYT

Sector: Healthcare / Finance Systems
Salary: Up to $6,000 per month
Contract Type: 2 Years

This role reports to the Head of Finance and supports the organisation in enhancing its Finance systems, particularly the Business Central (BC) platform and related modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up audit trails and approval workflows for vendor master amendments
  • Enhance PO system with budget allocation
  • Link vendor summaries to supplier details in AP ageing reports
  • Link customer summaries to AR ageing reports
  • Improve Statement of Account (SOA) formats
Other System Enhancements
  • Enhance GST reporting
  • Link trial balance to GL codes and transactions
  • Set up audit trails and approvals for donor creation
  • Enhance donor communication templates
  • Track restricted donations
  • Encrypt payment and GIRO files
  • Manage data migration between HR and Finance systems
  • Support vendor evaluation workflows
  • Link fixed asset additions and depreciation to GL
  • Interface bank receipts from payment platforms into the finance system
Requirements
