• Maintain testers and automation systems, including pick-and-place robots.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine yield and performance through real-time systems.

About the role - you will:

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and testing equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, maintain high‑quality standards, and support continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and test equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Conduct head changes for Burnish, Glide, and Cert heads.
• Maintain testers and automation systems, including pick‑and‑place robots.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine yield and performance through real‑time systems and take corrective actions as needed.

About you:
