Job description

As a Yarn Production Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the production of high-quality yarn that meets international standards. You will be tasked with minimizing yarn breakage and fuzzy/broken filament percentage to optimize the overall quality of the yarn output. Your role will also involve driving waste reduction initiatives and optimizing packing cost and accessory consumption in Continuous Spinning Yarn operations. By implementing and sustaining World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices, you will contribute to enhancing operational excellence and equipment health within the production process. Monitoring and controlling critical parameters such as glue and moisture variations will be essential to ensure yarn consistency throughout the production cycle. Additionally, you will be expected to drive a strong safety culture by implementing ABG Safety Standards, Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), and Process Safety Management (PSM) practices to maintain a safe working environment. Promoting harmonious industrial relations through effective HR practices, shop floor discipline, and employee motivation strategies will also be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and ensure compliance with internal customer requirements, as well as facilitate timely resolution of complaints to maintain customer satisfaction. Overall, this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.,
