About the role - you will:
  • Supplier assessment & qualification: audits, process qualification, and inspection plans.
  • Data & AI: analyze supplier quality metrics (e.g., process and contamination), build predictive models linking supplier inputs to product outcomes, and report trends.
  • Problem solving: root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and proactive risk prevention via design/process reviews.
  • Compliance & documentation: review component qualification data and ensure alignment with industry/company standards (e.g., design/assembly requirements, RoHS, PFAS).
  • Continuous improvement: collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to elevate quality and reduce cost.
About you:
  • Self‑motivated and process strong learning towards new technology and skillsets
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills
Your experience includes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, Production, or related field.
  • Having foundational knowledge of quality control principles and proficiency in data analysis tools such as KNIME, Power BI and JMP is an added advantage
