Job summary

A construction engineering company located in Singapore is seeking a diligent assistant to support engineers in on-site production management. The role involves coordinating the supply of tools and materials to ensure smooth production processes, compiling project progress reports, and fulfilling tasks assigned by engineers. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, logical thinking, proficiency in office software, and preferably experience related to gas pipeline welding in a semiconductor factory.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in on-site production management (need to work in the clean room frequently, wear clean clothes, and personal mobile phones are not allowed in the clean room);

• Be responsible for coordinating the supply of tools and materials in the on-site production process to ensure the smooth progress of production;

• Cooperate with engineers to compile, organize and submit project progress reports;

• Complete other related tasks assigned by engineers.

Requirements

• Diligent and eager to learn, with good Mandarin communication skills and English proficiency;
• Clear logical thinking, excellent comprehension and overall planning abilities, and good at communication and collaboration;
• Proficient in using various office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Experience in automatic gas pipeline welding in Semiconductor factory is preferred
