Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in Singapore to drive quality control goals and maintain quality management systems. Responsibilities include leading a QA team, setting up RDA and SPC systems, and managing ISO certification projects. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Material Science) or Science (Physics/Chemistry).
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a related field, preferably in Semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing, and supplier management.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA shift team and drive them achieve all quality control goals setby the management.
• Set up and maintain RDA system with all stakeholders, monitoring quality metrics and drive improvement.
• Participate in key yield and quality issue investigation and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintaining ISO system and document management system
• Lead ISO certification projects and work with all stakeholders to meet certification requirements.
• Set up and maintain SPC system with reporting and drive for improvement projects.
• Set up and maintain incoming and outgoing quality management system with reporting and improvement projects.
• Conduct internal audit to ensure quality meeting expectation.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division
• Coaches, mentor, and conduct training for targeted organizations on quality control system of the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Material Science) or Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the scope required. Work experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RDA/SPC/GR&R/ISO/Material quality/Supplier management
• Professional certification such as lead auditor/ PMP/Six sigma will be added advantages.
• Microsoft Office literate.
• Able to perform firsthand tool troubleshooting will be added advantage.
