Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage facility operations including overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience (or 5 years for Diploma holders), with strong technical knowledge in building and maintenance. Responsibilities
  • To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers
  • To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take
  • To analyse maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery
  • To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary
  • To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience (for Degree Holder), or 5 years relevant experience (for Diploma Holder)
  • He / She should possess strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and is capable of leading the facilities team to meet client’s expectations and service levels.
