Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical embryology and andrology duties following laboratory protocols and professional standards.
  • Conduct routine diagnostic services and laboratory procedures aligned with IVF practices.
  • Manage supplies and handle equipment required for ART procedures.
  • Adhere to quality control measures, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in the handling of gametes and embryos.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile laboratory environment in accordance with SOPs.
  • Conduct calibration, daily checks, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Accurately collect, maintain, and report laboratory statistics.
  • Participate in patient and staff education sessions and relevant team meetings.
  • Perform internal and external quality control and assurance testing.
  • Undertake additional laboratory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Degree in Clinical Embryology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Proficient in laboratory skills and policies specific to IVF procedures.
  4. Able to work independently and as a team.
