Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of IT experience, with at least two (2) years of experience supporting a large-scale Messaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mail Hygiene security practices, demonstrated through relevant industry certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Mail Hygiene security practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Mail Hygiene systems, including configuration changes and updates.
• Provide second-level support to Technical Support Engineers in resolving complex issues related to Mail Hygiene.
• Ensure continuous operation of email security systems and participate in proactive monitoring and maintenance.
