Responsibilities
  • Support R&D engineers in electrical design work, including circuit development, wiring diagrams, and system integration.

  • Carry out bench testing, system testing, and application evaluation for new designs and prototypes.

  • Set up and tune servo/stepper motors, configure motion controllers, and verify feedback systems.

  • Perform logical I/O analysis, troubleshooting, signal tracing, and root-cause investigation.

  • Conduct GR&R evaluations and prepare related test documentation.

  • Respond to onsite service calls to troubleshoot electrical, motion control, and automation issues.

  • Work closely with mechanical, software, and application teams to improve system performance and reliability.

  • Prepare, update, and create electrical circuit designs and wiring diagrams for systems and assemblies.

Job requirements
  • Solid understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, control systems, and automation fundamentals.

  • Hands‑on experience with motor systems (servo/stepper), motor tuning, drive parameter setup, and motion control.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with good logical I/O analysis and problem‑solving ability.

  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and creating electrical diagrams and circuit documentation.

  • Familiar with GR&R, measurement system analysis, and structured test methods.

  • Comfortable with onsite service work and communicating technical issues to customers and internal teams.
