Job description

Responsibilities

• Accomplish project objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
• Interpret electrical technical designs and drawings for construction on-site
• Ensure electrical installations comply with regulations and client specifications
• Coordinate electrical services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Integrate electrical works with Civil and Architectural works on site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Prepare reports to clients and project managers on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for electrical works
• Provide technical advice and resolve electrical technical issues
• Arrange site inspections with electrical system contractors, sub-contractors, and clerk‑of‑works
• Adhere to safety and health regulations, aiming for zero accidents on site
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and project management
