What you will do:

Design, supervision, and contract administration of the following works for institutional/ commercial/ residential/ industrial projects:

1) Electrical Installation

• Medium and Low Voltage Systems
• Fault Analysis and Protective Relay Co-ordination Studies
• Single Line Diagram Design
• Sizing of Emergency Standby Generators
• Sizing of Uninterruptible Power Supplies
• General Lighting and Power Design
• Earthing Design
• Extra Low Voltage Systems
• Solar Photo Voltaic Systems

2) Vertical Transportation

• Passenger/ service/ goods lifts including traffic analysis
• Escalators and travellators

3) Preparation of system schematics and layout drawings

4) Preparation of technical specifications and drawings

6) Plan submissions to relevant authorities

7) Review of contractors technical submission and shop drawings

8) Verification of contractors progress claims

9) Monitoring of contractors' site progress

10) Witness factory & site acceptance tests
