Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect eggs for quality, cracks, or defects before packaging.
• Sort eggs by size, grade, and type (raw or boiled).
• Pack eggs securely into cartons, trays, or other packaging materials.
• Ensure proper labeling with expiration dates, batch codes, and product details.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Report any irregularities or compromised products to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols while handling eggs and operating machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Monitor and meet daily production targets.
