Overview

Ecommerce cum Retail Sales Merchandising Associate

Working days & hours: 5.5 days Mon – Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am – 3pm

Location: Office – AMK, multiple outlet

Salary: $2200 - $2800 + Commission

Job Scopes

• Monitor and process incoming orders from all ecommerce platforms (e.g brand's own website, Lazada, Shopee,Tiktok).
• Generate and print picking lists, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Ensure all order details, including customer information and special requests (like specific flavors or gift messages), are accurate
• Accurately pick items from the warehouse or stockroom according to order slips.
• Pack orders and coordinate with and schedule pickups from third-party logistics (3PL) providers and local courier services (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T Express, ShopeeXpress).
• Handle and track all outbound shipments, resolving any delivery exceptions or delays
• Perform regular stock takes and cycle counts for both online and retail inventory.
• Update and maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels in real-time to prevent overselling.
• Act as a sales associate on the retail floor, actively assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales to meet targets.
• Update product listings on ecommerce platforms with new products, images, and descriptions.
• Assist in setting up online promotions, discounts, and vouchers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the fulfilment area and the outlet.
