East Polyclinic - 4 Months Temp Patient Service Associate (No Interview) ($10.50/hour) #HJC

• 7am to 4pm / 7:30am to 4:30pm / 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
• 7am to 11am / 7:30am to 11:30am / 8am to 12pm (Every Sat)
• 44 hours per work week

Jobscope:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialist consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Assist with patient enquiries at self‑service kiosk
