Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards;
  • Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
  • Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
  • Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent;
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting;
  • Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people;
  • High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer skills.
