Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate M&E matters for projects. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services and at least 5 years of experience in HDB (BTO) projects. Candidates should possess strong project coordination skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit. This position offers an opportunity to enhance relationships with various stakeholders while ensuring project compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services required.
• 5+ years experience in HDB (BTO) Projects essential.
• Experience in M&E matters and compliance important.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with consultants, sub‑contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
• Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Attend Coordinating Meeting
• Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
• Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
• Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
• Able to plan and handle drawings details
• Able to liaise with sub‑contractors, clients & consultants
• At least 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) Project
• Knowledge in Auto Cad , BIM , Revit is preferred
