You will communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales, providing product recommendations, guiding buyers toward the best-fit solutions, proactively engaging customers via email, SMS, and live chat, delivering exceptional customer service, and troubleshooting issues efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of proven sales experience, 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e-commerce experience is a big plus), strong persuasive communication skills, a natural ability to convert leads, familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms, self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.Join TalentPop for professional growth opportunities through ongoing coaching, training, and clear paths to promotion.
