Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-ownership, high-potential individual contributor to lead our migration to Shopify Plus and then take full ownership of running and improving the platform post-launch. Attitude and the willingness to create impact is key.

1. Day-to-day owner of the Shopify Plus replatforming project
2. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, IT) and external Shopify Plus agencies
3. Translate business requirements into clear platform needs
4. UAT and go-live readiness
5. Post go live act like a business owner driving nets sales, GP% and profitability
6. Post go live, take full accountability of master data readiness, completeness and accuracy
7. Post go live, own the day-to-day operation of the Shopify Plus site
8. Post go live, work with marketing and merchandising teams on customer experience, conversion rate, issue tracking and resolution
9. Post go live, campaign and promotion execution, manage App ecosystem, monitor site performance and key metrics

Requirements

• Seeking candidates with e-commerce, brand site and Shopify experience
• Curious and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and high accuracy in assigned tasks
• Good analytical skills and have an eye for details.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
