Job Purpose
To support daily e-commerce order fulfilment and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while maintaining proper stock control and warehouse organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Order Fulfilment
Handle daily online orders from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company e-store. Pick, pack, label, and dispatch orders according to platform SLA and cut‑off times. Ensure packing accuracy to avoid wrong items, shortages, or damages.
- Packing & Quality Control
Ensure all parcels are packed securely and according to platform requirements. Check product condition before packing and flag damaged or missing items. Prepare cartons for bulk or campaign orders when required.
- Warehouse Operations
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation. Support carton movement, shelving, and basic warehouse housekeeping and price tagging. Assist in loading and unloading of goods required.
- Returns & Exceptions Handling
Support processing of returned parcels, exchanges, and failed deliveries. Inspect returned items and update status accordingly. Assist in re‑stocking or segregation of defective goods.
- Platform & System Support
Update fulfilment status in warehouse or e‑commerce systems when required. Assist in printing airway bills, packing lists, and delivery documents.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education.
- Prior experience in e‑commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting cartons, and repetitive tasks.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during campaigns and peak periods.
- Basic computer literacy is required (printing labels, simple system updates).
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on Saturdays, public holidays, or overtime during peak campaign periods when required.
