We’re looking for an organised and motivated E-Commerce Associate to support the daily operations of our online business. You’ll help manage ecommerce orders, online listings, promotions, and social media activities to ensure a smooth shopping experience and strong brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle order processing, administration, and coordination across ecommerce platforms
  • Maintain product listings, stock availability, prices, and promotions
  • Support social media activities — liaise with influencers, assist in creating posts and campaign materials
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage feedback, and handle returns or exchanges
  • Track sales and promotional results, highlighting key insights or issues
  • Work closely with team members to support online campaigns and inventory updates
Requirements
  • Some experience in ecommerce operations or customer service preferred
  • Familiar with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) and social media tools (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive team player, comfortable in a small and dynamic work environment
