Ductwork Sales Manager (Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical)
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
