Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in Drama for students.
  • Create a supportive learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and self-expression.
  • Develop students' expressions and dramatic skills through varied, hands‑on experiences.
  • Organise and direct performances, concerts, and school events that celebrate student talent.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate the arts into the wider curriculum and school life.
  • Incorporate technology to enhance teaching, learning, and creative outcomes.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • A recognised degree in Drama or Performing Arts Education with a professional teaching qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience across all age groups in an international school setting.
  • Proven ability to teach Drama, inspire creativity and confidence in young learners.
  • Experience organising performances and productions, fostering teamwork and artistic expression.
  • Proficiency in using technology to support learning and creativity.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience teaching students for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL).
  • Familiarity with international curricula (preferably Cambridge Curriculum).
