Job description

Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate the drafting team, ensuring all design drawings and documents are produced to the highest standards
2. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings
3. Review and approve all drafting work to ensure compliance with building regulations, project specifications, and quality control measures
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior drafters, helping them develop their skills and expertise
5. Implement efficient drafting workflows and processes to streamline project delivery
6. Oversee a group of drafters and deploy/assign tasks
7. Plan & schedule deadlines for the drafting team in accordance with the site schedule
8. Check & comment on drawings before submission
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural drafting
