Job summary

A leading design consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Drafter (Structure & Archi) to develop and visualize client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects and engineers, and the preparation of drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and AutoDESK Revit. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in civil or architectural engineering and at least two years of local experience in drafting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

About the job Drafter (Structure & Archi)

Job responsibilities:

• Digest, develop and visualize a client’s requirement(s) as an Architectural and Structural designer.
• Work and liaise with Architect, Structural and M&E Engineer.
• Coordinate and liaise between internal and external parities on design specifications.
• Responsible for drafting and preparation of drawing, plans, layout from sketches including amendment and updates.
• Preparation of shop drawings (Revit & CAD).
• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with project team, sub-contractors and architects on drawings.
• Ensure timely submission and compliance of the regulatory requirements.
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of local experience in drafting structure and archi drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoDESK Revit.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
