About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented Distribution Channel Associate to support channel operations and growth across APAC. This role manages partner relationships, commercial agreements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and sales productivity in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute distribution strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage relationships with distribution partners and support commercial contracts.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to optimize channel performance.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Oversee inventory planning and risk mitigation in distribution partnerships.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.



Requirements:


  • 8+ years in distribution channel management, sales operations, or related roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experienced in managing partnerships, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional teamwork.

  • Proficient with MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets.
