Lenovo’s Chief Security Office is seeking a strategic, confident, and highly credible Director of Trust & Security Advocacy to join its global security leadership team, based in the Asia Pacific region. This newly created role will lead Lenovo’s external security advocacy efforts across APAC, helping to build, defend, and sustain trust in our global security posture.
This role will be the company’s primary security interface for high-stakes conversations with customers, regulators, government stakeholders, and partners in Asia Pacific—playing a critical role in proactively addressing geopolitical risk perceptions, regulatory concerns, and heritage-based objections.
This role is newly established to lead and execute Trust & Security Advocacy responsibilities across the Asia Pacific Region, where geopolitical complexity, heritage-based scrutiny, and regulatory divergence require precise, confident, and credible engagement. The Director will amplify Lenovo’s security posture in-region, act as a direct customer and partner interface, and serve as the security liaison for executive escalations and supporting government engagement related to trust, security, and national concerns.
In a region where trust, transparency, and geopolitical perception are increasingly defining factors for business success, this role will be instrumental in enabling Lenovo to scale securely and credibly. You’ll shape the conversations that matter most—when trust is on the line.
