Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager. The role involves managing all aspects of Quality Control Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience. Strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge in microbial contamination control are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control or related field.
• 8+ years of experience for Master's degree in the same domain.
• 4+ years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of Quality Control Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring.
• Oversee microbiology testing, method qualification, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the QC Microbiology team.
• Responsible for developing training programs for staff in cGMP and Microbiology.
