About the Company

Enabling businesses to securely enter and scale within the digital asset economy through a comprehensive suite of compliant services, including digital asset custody, brokerage, fiat payments, and cross-border transactions. Operating on a platform-to-business model, supporting our partners in delivering secure and integrated digital asset offerings to their clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to strategically lead the development, expansion, and management of our global network of financial institution partners. This senior leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution—from defining partnership strategy and negotiating high‑level agreements to overseeing technical integration and operational performance. You will be responsible for building a diversified and scalable banking and payments ecosystem that supports our global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Ecosystem Development: Define and execute the partnership strategy across banks, payment institutions, and financial networks to support product scalability and global expansion.
  • Relationship & Negotiation Leadership: Lead commercial negotiations and build long‑term strategic relationships with senior leaders in banking, payments, and fintech.
  • Partner Onboarding & Governance: Oversee end‑to‑end FI onboarding, including due diligence, account structuring, and ongoing performance management.
  • Technical Integration Oversight: Provide strategic guidance on API integrations and technical alignment between product teams and financial partners.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless partnership implementation and operational excellence.
  • Team & Process Leadership: Establish processes, reporting, and team development as the partnership ecosystem grows.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Min 8 years of experience in banking, payments, fintech partnerships, or financial infrastructure.
  • Proven success in negotiating and managing high‑value partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Strong network across banks, payment institutions, and cross‑border payment providers.
  • Deep knowledge of payment flows, treasury, settlement, regulatory standards, and FI operations.
  • Experience managing complex technical integrations and cross‑functional partnership launches.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires often communication with various stakeholders who are Mandarin‑speaking
