Overview

My client is a multi-pods quantitative trading firm, they are looking for a Director of Trading Operation who will work closely with the CIO in managing the company's trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of overseas high-frequency quantitative trading, including broker account setup, market data procurement, server hosting, and trading license applications.
• Manage the daily operations of high-frequency trading activities, including risk control, PnL settlement, and operational management of product account fund positions.
• Manage the company's high-frequency trading business line, including recruiting high-frequency trading talent, managing various trading teams within the company, and planning and supervising the progress of the company's high-frequency IT platform development, as well as researching global high-frequency trading opportunities.
