Lead a central team with matrixed responsibilities across the Fab Enablement (FE) network, driving best-in-class performance in three strategic domains. 1) Labor Productivity – Own and evolve the FE labor productivity program to deliver YoY record performance aligned with the 5MORE goal of 50% productivity improvement over five years. Consolidate all labor-related initiatives—including AI, robotics, DREAM team, and innovation vectors—into a unified strategy that amplifies impact through data‑driven labor‑hour Pareto analysis. 2) AI Transformation – FE end‑to‑end acceleration of AI adoption across FE operations by aligning site‑level and central AI roadmaps with corporate initiatives. Lead change management to engage team members in learning and deploying enterprise and function‑specific AI tools. Partner with IT, SMAI, and Corporate AI to streamline efforts into a single, high‑impact roadmap that reduces duplication and maximizes clarity and reuse. Build strategy upon rapidly changing AI capabilities to capture highest value for FE manufacturing. 3) Data Engineering Solutions – Enable scalable data engineering to support CALM capital data management, SEAL/SWAT priorities, Agentic AI development, and custom reporting. Architect pipelines that unlock insights and accelerate AI deployment across FE, integrating with IT, SMAI, and enterprise platforms. You will be expected to sustain and grow FE’s leadership in labor productivity and AI‑driven manufacturing performance through cross‑functional teams (Sites, PROCT, HR, IT, SMAI, Finance).
