• 10+ years of experience in Banking with prior hands-on Digital Channel experience.
• Proficient in managing Senior stakeholders with proven interpersonal skills.
• Strong programme management skills with a strategic mindset.

• Support WRB strategy in targeting the Affluent market and executing Retail Product.
• Drive Operational Risk governance and improve operating efficiency.
• Implement ERMF/ORF and oversee risk management processes.
