What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly self‑directed Digital Solutions Senior Programme Manager/Senior Manager to lead high‑impact, tech‑enabled programmes that transform how we deliver value to our customers. Bridging commercial strategy and technical delivery, you will be responsible for developing solution proposals, shaping delivery approaches, and serving as the primary lead for planning, execution, and roll‑out of digital initiatives that align with business objectives and drive innovation in the healthcare sector.

You will operate with a high level of ownership, and will be responsible for work flows from solutions conceptualisation through to implementation, while demonstrating sound judgement, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Solution Development: Develop and articulate, through presentations and detailed documentation, digital solution concepts that support strategic priorities, commercial objectives, and revenue targets. You will be expected to prepare business cases and feasibility assessments, and present well‑reasoned recommendations to senior leadership for alignment and approval.

  • Strategic Planning & Active Oversight: Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, translating commercial needs into clear, actionable requirements with defined milestones, timelines, scopes and KPIs. Establish clear working processes, coordination mechanisms, and communication touchpoints to ensure alignment across teams.

  • End-to-End Delivery Management: Act as the point lead for managing the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition and stakeholder coordination through to build oversight, launch, and operational roll‑out. You should also be proactive in anticipating challenges to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and agreement on deliverables.

  • Risk Management: Identify programme risks, dependencies, and constraints, and work with relevant parties to develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare data‑led recommendations and provide structured insights to support leadership decision‑making.

  • Quality & Performance Assurance: Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our applications.

  • Reporting, Documentation & Governance: Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, status updates, timelines, risk registers, and supporting documentation for senior management and business owners. Maintain clear documentation and handover materials to ensure operational readiness and continuity.

  • Continuous Improvement & Learning: Use data, user feedback, and programme insights to identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes, digital usability, and overall efficiency. Remain informed on relevant market developments, technology trends, and competitor approaches that may inform programme planning.

Our Benefits
  • Make a Real Impact: Opportunity to contribute to a leading digital health company's rapid growth.
  • Fast‑paced Start‑up Environment: Experience an environment where you get to own and make tangible impact without bureaucracy getting in the way of rapid decision‑making.
  • Great Team: Collaborate with intelligent, friendly, and supportive professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Hands‑on Learning & Growth: Gain hands‑on experience in strategy, partnerships, operations, and product innovation within a growing industry.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation and performance‑based bonus. Holistic health insurance for your peace of mind for both in‑patient and out‑patient coverage.
