Responsibilities
  • Developing an overall digital strategy for our Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts etc with trending content.
  • Adept with social content marketing and understanding of PR/Influencer/KOL marketing.
  • Assist in managing social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.
  • Filming and editing engaging videos for TikTok
  • Plan detailed schedules and film and upload content regularly.
  • To assist in statistical analysis, and managing campaigns
  • Creativity mindset and produce audience engagement, and to grow our social media accounts
  • Work with marketing team to assist with growth strategies to support revenue goals
  • Experience compiling data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long-term execution plans or short-term activations
  • Assisting in any marketing related tasks and events
  • Managing of up to 9 brands of ours in photo & videography contents by focusing on 1 brand each on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Resolves anticipated/unanticipated problems on FB/IG/Google review and any other platforms with minimal negative effect while significantly enhancing customer satisfaction that allows accurate handling of complaints according to policies and procedures.
  • Provide prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures that are always efficient yet cost-effective & sustainable.
  • Responsible for communication work between departments and other clerical work.
  • Handle office administrative works, such as filing.
  • Ability to accept irregular visits to shops.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
