Role Overview
Are you a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Executive ready to drive significant growth and forge strong partnerships in the exciting HR Technology industry? Do you thrive on creating compelling content and seeing your marketing efforts directly impact sales and channel expansion? HReasily is looking for a hands-on marketer to join our dynamic team in Singapore!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives that address real business needs — spanning awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention;
- Develop and roll out campaigns across owned channels (website, social media, email, and content hubs) to boost brand visibility and generate high-quality leads;
- Create and maintain AI-optimised content (for Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, etc.), ensuring digital assets are engaging, current, and future-proof;
- Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to align SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies with evolving business and search trends;
- Develop and maintain social media presence, crafting engaging posts, visuals, and thought leadership content that resonates with target audiences;
- Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Experience teams to design and execute campaigns that support lead nurturing, partner marketing, and revenue growth;
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and lead progression, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement;
- Contribute actively to quarterly campaign planning - bringing creative, data-driven ideas that strengthen HReasily’s brand and market presence
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (content creation, social media, SEO, lead generation).
- Candidates with ~2 years of experience in lean startup or agency environments - who have owned campaigns end-to-end, juggled multiple platforms, and are confident working autonomously are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding or keen interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and structuring content for AI-driven search.
- Proven ability to create compelling, conversion-driven content for various digital channels.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CMS, social media management, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Proactive, adaptable solution-focused candidate who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with HR Tech or SaaS solutions (payroll, leave, or time & attendance systems) will be an advantage.
