Qualifications

Sales Consultant (Digital Software – BIM / Digital Construction)

Salary Range: SGD $3,500 – $5,000 + Commission + Monthly Mobile/Transport Allowance
Location: Redhill MRT
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify client requirements in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare sales reports.
  • Monitor BIM-related market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations on BIM or digital construction solutions.
  • Ability to manage sales processes including prospecting, proposal preparation, and follow‑up.
