Summary of the role: The Business Analyst (BA) is required to have strong skill sets in the following key areas: requirement definition and analysis, documentation, project planning and implementation. This role takes ultimate responsibility for identifying and solving problems affecting the business solution, and works closely with the project manager to analyse the existing business systems and make recommendations for improvement to ensure quality deliverables for customers.
