Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to develop eflash processes and improve new devices. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in Foundry R&D or similar areas. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop eflash process with internal R&D and Module teams.
• Understand customers' requirement on device/process specifications.
• Collaborate with internal R&D testing team to develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
• Develop and improve new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.
• Set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.
