Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance.
• Provide updates on cargo estimated arrival/departure dates.
• Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule.
• Submit invoices from external service providers to Accounts promptly.
• Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents.
