Traineeship Description:

The designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual and communication assets that support consumer-driven innovation and design thinking initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Designing graphics and communication materials such as infographics, posters, EDMs, and animated presentations.
  • Crafting inspirational materials for innovation workshops, including moodboards and storyboards for visual storytelling.
  • Translating abstract ideas into engaging concept illustrations that support ideation and innovation processes.
  • Producing animations and videos to showcase products, topics, or innovation narratives.
  • Developing packaging design concepts and prototypes to bring ideas to life.

Male individuals who have completed National Service in CY2024 and CY2025 are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in creating animations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of 3D CAD software is a plus.
  • Prior experience with AI-generated images or videos is an added advantage.
